Committee Overview

Hotels Management coordinates hotel room blocks, guest room assignments, check-in support, hotel communication, rooming lists, VIP/Chief Guest rooms, sponsor rooms, hotel-based event support, and coordination with Hospitality and Transportation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hold and manage room blocks at partner hotels
  • Assign rooms by category (VIP, sponsor, artist, volunteer)
  • Coordinate front desk briefings and key handoffs

  • Hotel liaison stationed at each partner hotel during check-in waves
  • VIP rooms pre-checked before guest arrival
  • Hotel instruction packet handed to each front desk on Day 0
