Committee Overview
The Transportation Committee plans and operates shuttle service between partner hotels and the NJ Convention Center across all three FeTNA days. Scope covers vendor contracting, Route A (Sheraton Express) and Route B (HGI/Courtyard loop), fleet sizing with surge coverage at lunch and late-night, dispatch operations, marshals, signage, and contingency.

Official Responsibility
Provide safe, reliable, and timely shuttle transportation for attendees, VIPs, sponsors, and volunteers between partner hotels and the convention venue throughout the event.
Scope of Work
- Shuttle vendor contracting and ADA / insurance compliance
- Route A — Sheraton Express
- Route B — HGI / Courtyard loop
- Surge coverage for lunch (11:45 AM–2:30 PM) and late-night (10:30 PM–1:00 AM)
- Parking overflow coordination with NJ Convention Center
- Dispatch tooling, WhatsApp group, and real-time updates
- Marshals, signage, and hotel front-desk briefings
