Committee Overview
The Registration Committee manages attendee registration before and during the convention — online registration monitoring, payment confirmation, badge printing, onsite check-in, registration desk staffing, issue resolution, and coordination with food, hotel, finance, and technology teams.
Official Responsibility
Oversee event ticketing and coordinate with Technical, Food, Hotel/Accommodation, Finance, Volunteer, and other committees to ensure smooth registration operations.

- Share daily attendee counts with Food and Hospitality
Onsite Execution Plan
- Open registration desk by 7:00 AM each day with full counter staffing
- Run 6 dedicated counters: Regular, Sponsor/Donor, VIP/Chief Guest, Competition, Volunteer, Help Desk
- Pre-printed badges sorted alphabetically and by category
- Backup badge printer at help desk for corrections and walk-ins
- QR scanner + name/email/phone search fallback
- Hourly headcount handoff to Food and Hospitality leads
- End-of-day reconciliation report to Convention leadership
